Corporate Social Responsibility

“Money should never be separated from values. Detached from values it may indeed be the root of all evil. Linked effectively to social purpose, it can be the root of opportunity.” -Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Professor, Harvard Business School

Wedgewood Partners aspires to operate so as to recognize the central role that business plays in society by initiating ways to improve the quality of life in the communities we touch. We maintain a deep respect for individuals both inside and outside the company and for the communities in which they and we operate.

We try to do so by the following:

  • Clients.
…by always operating with the best interests of our clients as our first priority.
  • Associates.
…by valuing the contributions of our team members and providing paths to allow them to meet their personal and financial goals in the context of a healthy, productive and happy work environment.
  • Corporate Giving.
…by donating a substantial portion of our profits to projects in our communities about which we are passionate and which we believe will materially improve the lives of the people those donations touch.
  • More Charitable Works/Employee Involvement.
…by encouraging our associates to give back [time; treasure and/or talent] to their communities in areas where they have a passion.
  • The Environment.
…to act responsively towards the environment in ways that we can and to support and/or encourage programs beyond our reach that foster stewardship of the planet’s resources.
