Anthony L. Guerrerio

A graduate of the United States Military Academy as well as Harvard Business School, Anthony (Tony) Guerrerio founded Wedgewood Partners in 1988. With over 40 years of experience in the investment business, Tony began his career with Salomon Brothers, rising to the level of director. In 1982, he founded Mark Twain Brokerage Services, Inc. one of the first commercial bank brokerage businesses in the United States. While there, Tony was responsible for the capital markets group, as well as the firm’s operations and corporate data processing strategy. His accomplishments in this area have been the subject of several Harvard Business School case studies. He has also served as a consultant to several commercial banks interested in developing and offering investment services to customers.
David A. Rolfe, CFA

As one of Wedgewood’s principal’s, David oversees its portfolio research, construction and management. David is the architect of the firm’s investment strategy, one that takes a patient and focused approach to long term investing in which we think and act like business owners, and one developed and refined over three decades of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was a portfolio manager with Boatmen’s Trust. He holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Michael X. Quigley, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst

As senior analyst and senior portfolio manager, Michael handles research and portfolio construction, rising to his current position after beginning as an intern for the firm. Joining fulltime in 2004, he previously held the positions of portfolio manager, assistant portfolio manager and trader while with Wedgewood. He received his BSBA in Finance from St. Louis University in 2004 and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Christopher Jersan, CFA

As a portfolio manager, Christopher is responsible for investment research and stock selection. Prior to Wedgewood, he held the position of Equity Research Analyst with Kennedy Capital Management for over a decade. He began his career as an equity analyst and private client portfolio manager with Commerce Trust Company. He graduated from Saint Louis University, magna cum laude, in 1998 with a BSBA in Finance. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and focused on advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills.

With over three decades of experience, Bill is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the firm. His previous positions include CEO of Grail Advisors, as well as senior leadership positions at large national firms like Charles Schwab and Scudder Investments. He’s a graduate of Lake Forest College with a bachelor’s in history, and holds Series 7, 26 and 63 licenses. Bill hails from Baltimore, with additional roots in Squirrel Island, Maine. A community leader, Bill has served on the boards of the Squirrel Island Village Corporation, Church of Our Savior and as a trustee at the Gilman School.
Steven Kaufmann
Director of Business Development & Trading

Steven is responsible for client relationships and communication, RFPs, DDQs and database management. Steven also oversees the Firm's trading desk. Additionally, he calculates composite performance and works with an independent accounting firm to verify the firm’s compliance to GIPS. He’s a graduate of Saint Louis University with a BSBA in Finance and also successfully passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law exam. He gives back to his community by coaching youth soccer and hockey teams.

Sheila Kilper

Sheila oversees the firm’s compliance with both outside regulatory requirements and internal policies. In her 28+ year tenure with Wedgewood, she’s held a variety of roles, including Institutional Client Liaison. Before this, she was a registered representative and held Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses. She’s a graduate of Webster University with a BS in Accounting. Sheila enjoys being a part of Wedgewood’s Charity Team, which provides support to various causes and organizations.
Steve manages all of the company’s IT, systems and security operations. His 30-plus years in technology includes work with Boeing, Monsanto, Anheuser Busch, Busch Entertainment, Maritz and others. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in math from Missouri State University (formally Southwest Missouri State University). Steve contributes to a variety of local charities including Women’s Another Chance and Children’s Home Society. Additionally, he has sponsored two children from the Dominican Republic for years and volunteers for Living Water International, where he helped drill a clean well in Guatemala.

Brenda K. Turner
Billing/Reporting Manager

Brenda oversees Wedgewood’s invoicing and sends out its quarterly reports to clients. She’s also served as the St. Charles Assessor’s Clerk and worked in Monsanto’s Shareholder Services Department. Brenda is a proud supporter of the Lift for Life Academy’s Celebrating Success fashion show, a fundraiser which showcases original designs by the school’s students.

As part of the operations team, Elizabeth helps handle the firm’s billing. She holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Elizabeth finds ways to support her community including regularly donating blood to the American Red Cross.

Steffani Mitchell
Office Administrator
Wedgewood Member Since 2015
Steffani handles much of the day-to-day administrative duties that help the firm run smoothly. She studied pharmacology at East Central College, which fed her passion for educating those who suffer from autoimmune diseases, and how nutrition can play a vital role in their health. As part of this outreach, she supports the Prevention St. Louis and Prevention Washington chapters throughout the year.

Jason Siedle

Jason’s focus is on trading for client accounts and handling settlement issues, while also gathering ongoing performance information. He’s a graduate of Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a BSBA in accounting and also passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law exam.

Dana Thompson
Operations Manager

Dana manages the receivables and Operations for Wedgewood. She handles daily tasks and has a seat on multiple Compliance Committees. She received her BS in Education from University of Missouri - St. Louis. Dana enjoys being a part of Wedgewood's Charity Team, which provides support to various causes and organizations. She is an active supporter and donor to the American Red Cross.
